This week the Baby Deltic Project hosted 12 people at Barrow Hill who attended a private visit to see the loco under construction. They heard from project members about the process of repairing the power unit, the build progress to date and about the design and development of the Deltic engine.

There was an opportunity to have a guided tour of the loco and see the work which has been carried out so far and time to take plenty of detailed photos of the loco.

This event raised over £1300 for the project and we would like to thank everyone who attended for playing their part in helping us.
