With the bulk of the work under the nose ends and cabs of the loco now completed, the bogies have been replaced and the loco lowered back onto them.  The picture below shows the first of the bogies ready to be pushed into position.  We can now make sure that anything on the existing underframe will not interfere with anything on the bogies in any scenario of rotation, pitch and twist.
